So I have an email list of over 100k US customers for one of my offers, what are some ways to use those for building out lookalike audiences besides Facebook? I know Twitter has CRM Audiences but do they let you build lookalikes off of those, too? Anything besides Twitter/FB?
Well depending on what your offer is I'd highly consider re-targeting your existing email list (possible through a 3rd party like PA or Adroll). Your current list is the best prospects for any offers in same vertical because they have already shown an interest in your product.
The FB lookalikes are great. I'd HIGHLY suggest placing the conversion pixel on your buy ty page and building a lookalike off that conversion pixel. That has always been the highest performing target for me by a serious margin, particularly when you pair it with an interest. (With that said, if this involves any cloaking/black hat then most would recommend not using FB conversion pixels.)
Obviously adwords has lookalikes as well if you are buying traffic there.
Thanks maxram, I have all the re-targeting set up just fine and agree that it's quite powerful on FB in conjunction with interest intersect but I'm really trying to see if there's any other place out there that let's you upload emails and build lookalikes. There's no way to leverage emails on adwords, is there?
