go2mobi keeps rejecting offer with no explanation or won't reply back to emails.
About a month ago, I started to run traffic through go2mobi. Everything was going smooth. In the last week or so, they keep rejecting offer or they would send me an email saying please provide screenshots of offer/landing page. I reply back with screenshots, and no body replies back. Its been over a week and still nothing. I don't know what to do here, I have $xxx funds still with them.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
This happened to me as well 2 d ays ago, they emailed me for screenshot i replied back with the preview url without my tracking link and the screenshot of the LP. They replied me back and approved my campaign within 12 hours.
I use their support email (support@go2mobi.com) and they always reply back.
Hmmmm this doesn't sound characteristic of our support team. I'll get this taken care of- I'll hit you with a PM.

User: go2mobi reached out to me and was a good help. They may have had some trouble on their end and that is the reason why the emails did not get through. I sent more campaign over the weekend, hopefully it's been fixed. I will update once I have confirmation.
