Good Adservers For Optimizing Inventory (4)
I'm looking for ad servers that are designed similar to SiteScout (the ad-server NOT DSP)
Basically something that can rotate to the best ads based on CPA conversions and use the pre formated thumbnail+text ads and not just IAB images.
Any suggestions?

Well, there's sitescout ad server 
They provide it as whitelabel too I believe.
