Hi Anarchy,
I find it really strange why they just terminated my account without any reason. Furthermore I haven't launched any campaigns yet.

sometimes then close account of they are not able to validate your VAT number if you are registered as a company

Reading through the email, it seems clear that they did give you a reason, namely that they could not verify the details you provided ...

I suggest you get the money back and move over to a different network. don't let this stop you, and make sure once you sign up to a new network to give full details as this may continue on other network if the information you provide isn't fully accurate.
