tracking problem, how to fix it?

Good news: I started a new campaign today, spend 22$ and revenue is 7.59$, I think it will become green if I cut some bad placements in this week

Bad news: Most conversions come from Adzmedia(I'm using dsp platform), but seems iMobiTrax can't read the {source_name} tokens of Adzmedia, so I don't know which site/app has the conversion. Seems iMobiTrax can't track any sites ID like unknown--5678, unknown-6789, they are all grouped to " {source_name}"

So is there any method to solve this problem?
Can I postback to IM and traffic source at same time? How?

Does that traffic source support such a token in the first place?

Sorry, I don't know what do you mean.
{source_name} is one of the default tokens of the traffic source

{source_name} comes from Adzmedia? If so, shoot them an email.
