I checked online but did not find any tutorial for setting up Prosper and Clickbank for TrafficVance traffic. Anybody did this kind of setup earlier ?

I tried clickbank offers on trafficvance but never found any success. Don't want to discourage you but that was my experience, CPS offers don't work very well on PPV, I think you should create a good pre-sell page or even better create a name squeeze page and then follow up with an auto-responder series promoting the clickbank offer.
But to answer your question, setup is quite easy and similar to any other CPA network offer. Just put affiliate link in Prosper, get your prosper202 link and put that as URL in trafficvance.
