The quest for $100/day!

Before I get started, I just want to briefly tell you about my campaign so far.

I've been running ads through Bing for the past two months, and I've finally reached a decent ROI.
Here's what I've achieved so far:

Vertical: Real Estate / Home Improvement
Offer(s): The Ultimate Rent-To-Own Home Program - $2.5 per lead
Budget: $100 a day
Bid: Averages $0.36 depending on keyword
Landing page: Got a great LP, converting on average at 45%
Sales/conversions so far: 350
Net: $550 spent, $875 earned. That's $325 profit with an ROI of about 59%.

Traffic source: Bing Ads
Vertical: Real Estate / Home Improvement
Offer(s): Ultimate Rent-To-Own Home Program - Pays $2.5 per lead
Geos: US

Budget: $100/day
Bid: $0.45 CPM

Angles:
'find homes to rent - bad credit is ok'
'find rent to own properties in your area'
'want to rent to own, but have bad credit? we can help!"

Landing pages: I've been splittesting for a while (think I've tested about 20 pages in total), and am now using only the best of them. About 45% conversion overall.
Here's what it looks like:

Name:	renttoownscreen.png
Views:	245
Size:	211.8 KB
ID:	7020

Spend for the day: $20
Revenue: $29
Net profit/loss: $9 profit (ROI: 45%).

Actions I took:
I'm constantly checking my tracker (prosper202), to get rid of keywords that aren't converting very well. Normally I delete all the keywords that convert at lower than 30% on my LP, which has boiled down my total amount of keywords from 500 to 5. Yes, only 5 left :/ These few remaining keywords are giving me some crazy results, but the amount of traffic they receive is incredibly low.

Current tasks:
Get more data
Delete more keywords that aren't converting

A question at the end for all the masterminds of this fantastic forum:

I'm pretty happy with the results, but this is where it gets frustrating:

It will only ever spend about $30 per day. No matter how high I crank up my daily budget (even had it at $300/day recently), it still only spends about $30 every 24 hours.
I'm only using very few keywords on the campaign, five to be exact. I had around 500 to start with, but eventually deleted all keywords that didn't convert well.
I know some of the keywords have a first page bid around $0.80, but raising my cpc to that would crush the ROI... Are there any other ways I can increase the traffic?

Sorry for the long post!
Have a fantastic day everyone :-)

Can't you port the campaign over to google adwords?

From my understanding you basically want to scale Bing's volume of traffic to increase your profit.
Correct me if I'm off base.

Steps for you to consider.

1. Pull a report with impression share for the converting keywords, and campaigns this will display if you are maxing out those search terms.

2. To gain more from what you already have, increase your CTR. Increase your CTR you have a higher chance to increase your conversions especially as you already getting results.

3. Search your query reports to find those specific terms to exact match and find negatives

4. You have to get create with the ad copy to spike the CTR

5. If your impression share is maxed 95-98% then pull a report by device to see if you can increase your conversions by device and then create specific ad copy that tailors towards the device category (Desktop, mobile or tablet)

6. If all the above is maxed then you may have to consider other features to expand your reach (Bing remarketing or partner networks)

From what I remember Bing may have some inventory for content network which you could explore, however I think push to increase CTR first step rather.

Happy sailing and enjoy

That doesn't really matter for me, since the way I see it, other people may have the same issue, so even if a post reply doesn't help the OP, it can help others!
