I'm newbie in Desktop traffic,mostly use mobile.
So could you please advise some traffic sources for tests.

Can you reveal the general vertical you're primarily interested in?
For redirect web traffic try Zeropark and DNTX (these networks have both web and mobile).
I don't have much experience with non-adult banner web traffic. But I found this list - there's a section on "Top Display Networks":

Ah! I think I know what it is you're promoting. 
For that type of offer - may I suggest PPV traffic?
Here are some good PPV networks to get you started:
PopAds, PopCash, Mediahub, SelfAdvertiser (division of RevenueHits), and of course Zeropark and DNTX as mentioned above.
These don't require large initial deposits. If you wouldn't mind paying $500-$1k to get started, here are more to try:
PropellerAds, Gunggo, 50onRed, TrafficVance, LeadImpact, AdCash
I don't know how well adult traffic will convert for this type of offer. As a test you could try Adamoads - they have the best quality adult pop traffic I've tested (although that traffic isn't cheap) so would be a good place to test the offer to see if it will convert at all. There are other adult networks that have ppv traffic as well - ask for recommendations when you get there.
These should keep you busy for a while!
