The "7 questions headline" always makes people CLICK !!! HaHA
.
Whats up my STM Google / Bing Gangsters ??!??!
Soooo.... I want to make the big money with you PPC boys and have will gladly trade as much as I can in my field of expertise ( pay per call )
I’m looking to bring on an internal media buyer for Google/Bing for lead generation in the USA
Lead Generation for fairly high budget pay per call offers I own.
sooooooo..........
If YOU were hiring someone and wanted to really test their knowledge what are the 7 questions you would ask them ?
7 questions that show they know their trade.
or
Would you have them do “homework test “ ? This would be to research a vertical I’m interested in and have them look at the keywords, search volume, etc etc and give me an estimate on costs per lead and potential volume.
I appreciate any and all help !!
Hmm - I'd probably ask them to explain their preferred keyword bidding strategies, and then ask followup questions. No mention of negative keywords, for example, would be a very bad sign.
If they'll be writing their own ads, I'd also quiz them on copywriting - maybe ask them to talk about the essential elements of a text ad, or ask them how they'd craft an ad that would outperform others on a specific keyword.
