Why use double redirect?
I found this in wheregoes.com
1. I click the banner
2. I click the CTA button on landing page(Like Download Now)
3. 302 redirect to url1
4. 302 redirect to offer
So why redirect to url1? It's not a tracking link
My guess
1. To test bot traffic?
2. They don't want advertiser found their landing page

#2.
It's to hide their landing page and traffic source (parameters often inserted into page url). Could be to hide from the network and/or the advertiser.

These are two redirects, one after the other, right? Most spiders only follow the first.
Its the same as using a double iframe back in the days, for displaying content, that won´t be spidered.

Is url1 a different url to the landing page url? If so, they are probably using url1 to fake their referrer. It then looks like the traffic is coming from url1 and not their real landing page url.
