Dudes, I've never, ever experienced customer service so bad, I had to cancel my subscription.
I've been having issues on and off with them and on average it takes about 3 days to get my tickets answered. My last ticket, which I submitted on Tuesday last week, still has not had a response. Am I the only one?
Never really used them, but if their support is that terrible and you need it, just leave! There are plenty of platforms out there offering keyword-based competitive intelligence.

Exactly what I did. I've run Spyfu for a while and then tried KWS. Pity about the service.

same experience. asked them for an API access, but never heard from them ...
