Does facebook care about a bad WOT score on the offer page after the lander?
Or is the lander being in good standing good enough?

I think if they're going that far, it's a manual review, and if you are doing anything remotely blackhat, it's not good, but in and of itself wouldn't be reason enough to can your account (IMO).
