What GEO to target with first mobile campaign

Hi,

I read everywhere that I should avoid the US because of competition etc.
I bet the UK and AU and CA also have strong competition.

But since I'm new to mobile marketing I'd like to start with an English GEO so I can work a lot faster without having to wait for translations etc.
So I talked to my AM at ClickDealer and asked what's hot.

So South Africa is doing well for some WAP offers, but I wanted Pay Per Install offers.
And according to WikiPedia only 30% of people in South Africa speaks English.

I'm surprised that the mobile knowledge is not that high with networks also.
I mean, when I ask for Pay Per Install offers in English GEOs I get back something completely else.

And then you have the very SLOW responding managers.

Conclusion, is there any network focused on Mobile that can REALLY help me... and fast!?
Perhaps someone can refer me also to a AM at a certain company?

Thanks guys,
Dennis

Clickdealer is a solid network, but if you're looking for PPI offers you can also try Appflood, Avazu, Tapgerine, Yeahmobi, and Glispa.

As for AMs - it really depends on who it is you get. Even within the same network there may be responsive and unresponsive AMs. Because AMs usually have a lot of affiliates to look after, it makes more sense for them to spend more time on people that are bringing in the most leads. But with some luck you'll get an AM who'd be willing to invest time in helping out a newbie. That happened to me a few times already, and for that I'll always be grateful. So keep your fingers crossed!

Good luck!

Amy

I would try Tier 2 or Tier 3 Countrys to try the CPI Market.
The Tier 1 Market is really Competive.
Good Experience I head with
Matommy
Mobpartner
Clearlink
Pocketmedia
Glispa

If you need some CPA offers i can help.I have some Direct Advertiser CPA Offers in my network
If you have alot of POPUP Traffic try one of our Optimized Popup Campaigns.
I can give you some Targeting Instructions which can make 40$ eCPM+

Happy to help! I would start with countries such as Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, India, Thailand and Vietnam. If you are also looking to create your own banners with the corresponding language, you can use https://www.onehourtranslation.com/. They are a great resource.

Thanks people for the answers.

I have signed up to a bunch of them, but the most trending apps you see in the stores are not available for promotion.
Most apps through networks are just garbage.

And the restrictions you get are sometimes really a bitch.
For that DU battery app for example. I need to send all my banners to my AM first for approval.
I can understand from their standpoint why they are doing that, but for me it's really time consuming.
Especially if they respond so darn slow.

But we keep digging of course.
