Decisive Reporting Issues

Anyone else having problems with Decisive's reporting? Appears that lots of clicks aren't going through on their end. I see them on Voluum. It's creating the illusion that I'm running profitable campaigns, when I'm probably most likely not. Also nearly 80% of conversions fail postback. It's making tracking and optimizing my campaigns nearly impossible.

I'd caution anyone who's running campaigns on decisive to double check that their numbers match your trackers numbers.

Hey ssmarketers, I just finished a first test with them.
Their platform for some reason right after you pause the campaign, plays around with the numbers, like its trying to "make sense" into the CPC... In anycase, it shows me a spend of $5 on itube app, suddenly after a few screen jumps and numbers flying in and out, the cost of the itube app is now $2.75

It's just my first campaign, but from first impression, it's seems that there is a media buyer running all over to get traffic and when he buys it the platform makes sense of the numbers...
Again, it's only my first campaign, but from first impression this doesn't come close to an RTB.

i'm trying to understand why some pros in the forum here are recommending decisive as a traffic source.

OK, so I was looking how to pass cost through the postback, it appears they don't pass any cost back... I'm assuming that the numbers are fixed a bit after, it just can't be that in the final report it shows that the highest publisher spend I have is an "undefined" app... How on earth is it possible to have an "undefined app" guzzlin' 50% of the spend ?!

@ssmarketers You are running into our approvals checks we check in multiple different ways for quality assurance for our traffic partners.

The rule of thumb is: If it is in your tracker but not on Decisive. You are not paying for it.

So you see extra clicks in your tracker, these are not clicks you paid for.

Please let me know if this doesn't make sense.
