Multiple Erorrs between Voluum and Decisive (1)

I'm getting multiple postback errors between Voluum and Decisive. Some of my conversions are getting hung up and not making it to decisive making it really difficult to tell which banners are working and which aren't. However, some conversions are making it through which leads me to believe I have everything setup right.

The error reads as follows: Unexpected HTTP response code: 404

Is there any way I can fix this, or re-fire the postback, or manually add on Decisive?
