How to get LP approved by advertiser ?

Sorry, for low question here,
Newbie here

I got approved by one of affilate network.
Then chat with to the Affiliate Manager.

He send me the landing page in zip file.
Than he said to send them, so the advertiser can approve this...

What the exact step to do first private campaign please..

The AM told you the landing page he himself sent you needs to be approved by the advertiser?
Seems strange.

Do you create your own landing page or using the one provided to you by the Affiliate Manager?

I did,
So how to send this landing page, as zip file or i must uploaded this LP as URL Link?

Upload whatever landing pages you're going to use to your server.

Screenshot it in action and send the screenshot to your AM. Personally I don't like to give my URLs to my AMs.

You can also send the AM the landing page itself as a file if you prefer. Depends on you and how that AM likes to work but mostly its up to you.
