I wanted to ask, what is completely legit to promote on Facebook currently?
Are games and game app installs (as in Zeno's guides) whitehat and they won't get
your account banned?

Games are legit (most verticals are), you just need to follow Facebooks terms and conditions very closely as they are strict.
