I have worked with them for more than 1 month, got 2 payments, but i have payment problem with them recently, they said they have paid for my commission, but my bank blocked the payment and asked for my FULL name and DOB to verify if i am the holder of the bank account, then i contacted my bank,my bank told me they did not received the payment,so they did not ask for my name and DOB.It is so weird!
sorry for my poor english.
Thanks,
Snowman

If the payment got blocked, tell them to send it again.
Bank errors and things like this can happen especially if accounting personnel make fat finger mistakes.

Hope you get paid, just FYI - here's what I ALWAYS do before even touching any network:
1. Google search:
- XYZ legit?, XYZ scam? XYZ paying?
- Include these search preferences and then add big forum names after each term (shows anyone that has had issues before).
2. I go over to:
Affpaying.com and see if they are on there, not because it makes them legit but to see the types of reviews they have, see, many (new) networks attempt to have bullshit reviews with fake earnings added on their listings.
3. I take the URL for the network and place it directly into Google search, then, just scroll through the first 5 pages and see if you spot anything.
4. Check their age:
http://www.whois.com/whois/big-bang-ads.com (I stay clear of any networks less than two years old), first let them establish themselves.
5. Post on forums as you have and check, wise choice.

Yep, have worked with them for a while. Legit company - just don't run anything shady as they will not take it lightly. They've withheld payment from a handful of shady affiliates in the past, so play within their compliance rules.

They're completely legit - and as Andy said, they're strict on compliance and for a good reason.
eGentic, formerly known as the infamous Planet 49, finally launched their own affiliate network - Big Bang Ads. All those lovely lead gen offers that were always capped on networks were from this company, now you can go direct.

Hi Snowman I Know them they are solid company.
glad to hear you got the payment this stuff may happen sometimes,
sometimes its a small mistake with the numbers, but in the future you should ask them to send you the proof of payment
just out of Curiosity did you replace your payment method since the last payment they sent you?

Sorry to bring up an old thread. Just had a poor experience with this company.
They had 1 offer with lower payout than what I had from other network, I asked if they can increase the payout and they did increase by 100%! I ran it quickly before the payout increase and saw good result like 1.5 CV, but after payout increase I had it running for 8hrs and conversions dropped significantly and CV was around 0.3-0.5
1) Something wrong with advertiser? never had that problem on other network
2) Network scrubbing leads?
Anyone else had similar experience?

They are difficult to work with I will admit.
Lots of payout changes and such, pain in the ass quite frankly, lead caps and inability to handle volume.
Really frustrating but that's the name of the game in leadgen I guess.

How many clicks did you get both before and after the payout bump? During what 8 hour block did conversion drop... was it late at night? Make sure you're taking a look at the whole picture - just because conversions dropped for a few hours doesn't necessarily mean there must be something wrong with the offer.

These are very good steps to follow. To add two more steps you could take:
6. Check this FB page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/peoplewhodontpay/
7. Check odigger.com and offervault.com - every established network will be on there with at least a number of offers (and reviews)
Its important you do these steps BEFORE going live with them (not after). Always better to anticipate such things.
That being said, anyone who is in the business to scam affiliates - and hence not pay - is doomed to have a very short lifespan as a company as various FB, STM and other forums/groups call out on networks very quickly that dont pay their affiliates
