I'm Andrian- i'm relatively new here- couple of weeks.
I've read lot of guides here...including caurmen's guides on mobile.
I'm trying all kind of mobile offers from all kind of networks (Adsimilis,Clickdealer,A4D,MAxBounty)
i'm doing banners for appinstalls and running it on Decisive platform.
I always get lots of clicks but no conversions AT ALL...kind of depressing...maybe the traffic on Decisive suck :/
I feel that i like more the mobile ads way of affiliation, but no success yet.
Maybe some advice will help :P (i want to be successful :P)

I'm relatively new to mobile as well - I have several questions/suggestions for you:
-Are you using a tracker? If so, have you tried to test an offer by downloading and installing an app yourself to see if it shows up in your affiliate network stats? That's the thing about not seeing conversions - you want to make sure it's because people aren't downloading, and not because of a tracking problem.
-IMO, it would be better for a newbie to focus more on learning how to launch and optimize a campaign properly before aiming for profits. If you're hopping between "all kinds of mobile offers from all kinds of networks", it would be hard to learn the basics. I would suggest for you to ask your AM for a low payout app that is converting well, and then just put all your focus into setting up a campaign - doing your research, brainstorming angles, making banners, creating campaigns, analyzing stats, cutting banners and placements etc. Profitable or not, you'll get a solid foundation of the basics that you can continue to build on.
-If you don't feel Decisive is working for you, I would recommend that you try Go2mobi. They have good targetting options and are easy to navigate.
