Voluum and Clickbank - How to set up Instant Notification? (3)

I'm on the last hurdle of setting up a clickbank and content distribution network campaign on Voluum.

Does anybody here know what url I should be using in the INS part of the clickbank "mysite" account settings?

I have been speaking with Voluum support over the last few days and even they don't know what I should be doing to get sales to be reported in Voluum.

Can anyone put me out of my misery!
