Cloaking for Facebook - Please help

Hi there,

I've been using silentcloaker and i dont recommend them. My facebook account got banned and when i contacted Facebook they said they dont allow Adult products. Dont get me wrong, out of the 50 ads i made with Silentcloaker one got approved and the rest was all disapproved.

I really need your help if you are already cloaking, can you please PM me (please post here if its allowed on STM) a good cloaking service that works?

Thank you.

Just because you're cloaking it doesn't mean you can go crazy with your ads. You cannot cloak the images or the text of your ads. You need to come up with ads that are complying with the rules and get zero disapprovals...

If you get 49 disapprovals don't be surprised your account gets banned soon. Have you done market research? Have you spied on your competition? What are they doing different? A cloaker itself won't save your campaign, you need to put more work into this if you choose the adult path...

True, but the text/images of my ad was 100% facebook compliant just my landing page was not and thats why i was using a cloaker, but it clearly didn't work.

Can you please recommend me a good cloaker for FB?

I would think that if you got banned for cloaking, they would have stated that in the reason as opposed to saying that they don't allow adult products. This makes me think they didn't see your page, but hard to say for sure.

I mean if you got 49 ad dis-approvals, it would seem that you are NOT complying with their terms.

That said, I'd also be curious to hear other's thoughts on different cloakers.

I'm using justcloakit, but too early to tell about results. Ultimately, it comes down to your list of IP's that you are suppressing. Cloaking technology itself is not so complex, but the list of WHAT to cloak is the gold.

always always watch your approval ratio - if 49/50 ads got disapproved then that in itself could be the reason for the ban.

If all your ads were pointing to the same page and you submitted your ads over a period of times I doubt it was necessarily your page that was the issue. Normally 2 or 3 visits to a non compliant page and campaign will result in a ban unless you have a long established account with a good approval rating and decent historic traffic.

If you bulk submitted those 50 ads - then yes - probably your page that was the issue.

The thing to keep in mind with good old FB - they minimise human intervention. 70-80% approval & ban decisions are automatic. And it is rare that you will actually understand why. Even people will compliant campaigns can have this issue.

IPs is just one of many factors. One of the important ones - but relying on IPs is no longer enough.

Look, trying to run adult products on Facebook with a cloaker is not something you should do unless you already know what you're doing.

Realise that it's completely non-compliant and puts your account in jeopardy, as you have realised, and will hamstring you from actually learning how to use Facebook properly.

Learn to walk slowly before trying to run through a field of barbed wire.

Also, FYI, cloaking is inherently risky territory and we try to avoid endorsing it on STM. It is also unwise to discuss such things, i.e. talk blatantly about your breaching of ad platform ToS, on an essentially public forum.

If you're relatively new to this game and you think you need a cloaker to be successful, you have the wrong mindset.
