No offense, but you haven't tested any of these headlines ... so how would you know they are "powerful" headlines.

I wouldn't really consider these "angles". Let me elaborate,

Snapchat Angle
banner image -> gif's that look like short snapchat videos
banner headline -> headlines related to snapchat or snapchat like apps
lander -> more or less the same on your lander
offer -> social type offer (well hello, AFF, local milf selfies)

Milfs in Bra's Angle
banner image -> Images of blonde milfs in White Bra's
banner headline -> Headlines about boning said milf or slipping her bra off
lander -> more of the same on the lander
offer -> milf related offer

Black Girls Twerking in Thong Angle
banner image -> gif's of thick home girls twerking in g-strings
banner headline -> You could target white guys looking to experiment or black dudes looking for hot chicks, doesn't matter

I have a few 150+ profit a day campaigns (running as we speak), that I haven't touched (literally) in about 6 months. You'd be surprised how easy it is to get 10+ of those types of campaigns going if you just think WAY WAY outside the box.

To finish this up, adult is hard, really hard. The internet has become a dark place and people are really experimenting with what they like sexually (think niche). You have to first appeal to their particular niche, then appeal to their sense of self if you want them busting out that sweet sweet credit card.

The only way you're staying on offers, building moats, and pushing your competition off is if they bust out that sweet sweet credit card.
