Repeat Visits not paid out

First time jumping into a pay per call campaign.
I would be doing well if it wasn't for racking up "repeat visitors"
I am using ring partner and not getting paid for about half of my conversions.
Is there a way to avoid "repeat" clicks in adwords?

set up your own number, and sent repeat callers to another offer.
