Pretty much, yeah you will need a new account bro.
This is 1 reason why I always use my own LP/URL/Frame for everything.

Thaaaat blows. I've actually been planning a post about avoiding stuff like this.
ALWAYS keep control of your links.

so whats the best way to direct link and keep the link safe? cant they tell if its a domain redirect or an iframe/ not even allow iframes?
seems with google the safest bet is to build your own site and have no outbound links , just collect emails..
but direct linking would be nicer if its possible..

Thats not going to work either, Google normally doesnt like "data collectors" either. The best way to do it is by owning the link, either with a redirect, a LP, or framed page.

Won't they just be able to sniff out the final link? Won't a simple domain redirect give away the destination once its been redirected?
Also with iframes some offers break them and some dont convert if its iframed..
And with LP's they will bust them for being a bridge page unless you collect the email first and show no outbound links...
so lost with google how the hell can i advertise with them... lol

If your worried about all of that, then you need to change your model/method of promotion. My answer was just to give you a solution to your current model, but at least you would have had a chance to keep running by being able to change the page that Adwords is now asking you to change.
If you are worried about all this other stuff, then the answer for you is cloaking. OR change up your current model/method. OR be really good at creating new Adwords accounts.
The best solution I think out of all 3 is a LP of your own b/c at least with that you can change it up from looking like a bridge page.
