Naturally google goes after all typos and in this case Youtube.ph is just a blatant TM violation. However the interesting thing to note, is that co-reg which looks like YouTube logo

PS may want to move to different section maybe have a new section like News?

Yeh, these guys have massive traffic from these domains. I think FB sued some of the people that cybersquatted on their domains, i think one was a large email submit company.
