Learning a new niche?
Most of the affiliates I know, myself included, specialize in buying traffic from one or two sources (Adult/Facebook/Search/PPV...) and monetizing the traffic one or two different ways (App installs/Rebills/Pin Submits/Adult...).
I feel like I've hit my ceiling with the traffic sources and offers I'm working with now and I have plenty of time to learn new ways to promote new offers, but I'm struggling to gain traction. It is tough starting over and not having much knowledge or experience with a new traffic source/offer style combination. There are no spy tools that can beat spending 6/7 figures at a traffic source over years.
For those of you who have successfully branched out to a second or third niche, how did you do it and what suggestions would you give to others?

I have been in the same situation several times. You already know the answer because you figured out your first vertical/traffic source.
Your problem is motivation. That is my biggest problem as well and there are countless websites/books giving advice on this topic and I think at least a few threads here. It is also my biggest problem and I'm still looking for that magic bullet

If you feel that way and have in fact exhausted pretty much everything in regards to traffic sources, you could look into SEO and focus on learning that. Or, perhaps master outsourcing it if you feel it's to big of a task to learn it. Right now I'm concentrating on outsourcing myself, I see working with a team of people way better than working on my own.

Every time I've moved into a new niche or traffic source I've partnered with someone who has experience.
Maybe they are tight on cash flow, or need help with tech, design, angles, getting deals, the list goes on.
Everyone needs help, even yourself who is making a decent amount already

There are two approaches to this the way I see it.
1 - Partner with someone that has that niche / source already figured out but needs help. This is generally easier but you have to split the profits.
2 - Put some hard work yourself to figure it out and then outsource once you know the process.
Both work great depending on what you are willing to invest ( time vs money or skills ).
