So you know your demographic and you now want to find high traffic websites that your demo. visits to use as placements on Adwords. Besides Adwords recommendations (which I'm not sure how accurate it is), which 3rd party websites/services would you recommend for finding these placements? Thanks!
There are the spy tools, [AdBeat, WhatRunsWhere].
But beyond that, AdWords has some pretty good demographic targeting as opposed to placement targeting. Have you tried that? Do you know sites your demographic likes - you might plug that it into similarweb, alexa.
What I've had a lot of success with is this FB Intersect tool in Adobe Air, it finds all sorts of pages I wouldn't have thought of otherwise with high engagement, which are usually connected to a high traffic website as well.
Oh, didn't know we can filter out websites placed on demo on WRW, thanks! Hm, yea one option would be to go with Adwords's demo targeting and then later filter out better converting placement based on data. Not sure how accurate it is though - the demo targeting option.
