I work with a client that has had a lot of success with affiliates in the past. He is on Sharesale and I am finishing his profile there as well as integration with CJ and Pepperjam. He has a CPL model and is in the telecom space.
We were looking at maybe hiring a full time affiliate manager since this is a huge space for affiliates. Any of you guys know the salary we should pay, the structure and the expected results from this person?
