What is arbitrage? (7)
Hi guys,
Probably the noobiest question ever, but I've read a bunch of threads where people talk about arbitrage and arbitrage strategies and I'm still clueless about what it is.
Can someone explain to me real fast? 
1) Buy traffic
2) Send traffic to monetization network (CPA network, PPC network, etc)
3) Get paid by monetization network
4) Repeat

Its a simple way for people here to describe direct linking.
Generally speaking, arbitrage just means taking advantage of the price differences between different markets ==> buying something for a low price, selling for a high(er) price.
In our case that would mean for example buying traffic for $0.01 CPC, but earning $0.02 EPC.
As soon as you use any kind of creatives like banners or LPs, strictly speaking it won't be pure arbitrage anymore.
Arbitrage = Buy low and then sell high.
