No conversion triggered in Voluum after install app on phone (6)

Hey bud! Any updates on this? Did my download the other day trigger a conversion?

Could be an IP block. HMA's IPs are easy to collect and many people into cloaking have a full list of IPs. So I'd assume networks / offers have same.

Hi, Amy. Sorry for the late reply - I wasn't subscribed to the thread properly (fixed!). I'm not 100% sure that the conversions are working but I got my Avazu manager to trigger a conversion on her side (through their internal testing system) and that did trigger an update in Voluum. So I'm relatively sure it's working and I've gotten a few conversions from the campaign.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too. Not sure whether it's better to get each AM to trigger a test conversion on their end or try and do the conversions myself on the device.

Does your network have a canadian offer? (Seems like you're in canada).

I would test the postback using that.

Nice! Glad to hear! Next time someone has trouble triggering a conversion I know what to do (advise for them to ask their AM to trigger one).

(Off to uninstall that app from my phone....)

@jennatalia Yeah, I'm in Canada but they don't have a Canadian offer for that geo. It's been long enough that I've had a few conversions come in, so it's all good. I'm pretty sure they're working.
