PPV style URL targeting for mobile

Hi guys,
does anyone know mobile pop traffic sources that allow you to target URLs in a similar style to PPV. Like facebook.com aol.com etc ?

The closest is zeropark that you bid on domain variations ( facebok.com for example ) and with show pops when users visit those.

ZPs volume when targeting keywords doesn't seem to be particularly substantial (at least for the niches I've tried)...

I doubt you will find anything exactly like ppv. Remember that ppv is allowing you do pop on a specific site because the user has installed adware.

Wish there was something like that on mobile!
