Hi, I want to promote some dating offers on PPV, however after looking through most of the offers they don't allow promotion through this traffic source.
Is this just for direct linking or my own landing pages as well?
If I was to build a list through PPV and send them to my own website with the offer through email would this be acceptable?
I realise that quality maybe the issue here and it cannot be promoted through PPV by any means.

It means you can't promote it at all regardless of if you have a Lander or not.
If you built a list and then used that list to send traffic it would no longer be PPV traffic but email traffic and the no PPV rule wouldn't apply.
There are plenty of dating offers who are cool with PPV. I'd just get on one of those if you want to use PPV that bad.
