Yeah, I think having a good rep really helps..
A good rep can make an enormous impact. Unfortunately they are few and far between.
If you can show some chops it helps (a lot). Everyday reps and general support channels get hit with tons of hopefuls, fraudsters and a others that the network know won't really materialise. So if you can lead with the right questions and be specific (and smart) about where you need assistance to scale your spend that can help you get over the initial hump. Linkedin is great for outreach - Invest in you profile and brand to yield the best results.
You mentioned that networks with higher lead in spends better fit your profile. If you can hit that threshold on the platform through your own testing before you reach out that will help you a lot - nothing says good time investment like cash in the bank.

Anyone run with Gunggo lately? I've heard the quality used to be there, but lately hasn't been.. Considering a buy with them, but don't want to make a deposit if the quality has declined recently.
