Setting Up Multiple Offers

I keep getting this error message when I set up multiple offers on my landing page.

"Error 400

Cannot fetch offer 2. The campaign path has only 1 offers."

The same thing happens with offer 3. However, the link to offer 1 works fine.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Hi, have you find a solution to this problem yet? I keep getting the same error message as well.

Please let me know.

Can you please provide more details on how you implemented this?

For example - on your lander did you specify the outgoing links as http://yourdomain.com/click/1, http://yourdomain.com/click/2 and http://yourdomain.com/click/3 for the 3 offers respectively?

Hi Amy,

Yes, I did exactly as instructed on here, Voluum forum and their tutorials. I also tested with several landers, including one I manually added text link to test.

In every of these situations, http://domain.com/click/1 works fine while http://domain/com/click/2 got the 'Error 400'. Also I noticed that it appears that the click/1 button leads to offer 2 instead of offer 1.

Thanks!

It maybe just an error while writing your answer here, but the below click url will not send the visitor anywhere

while http://domain/com/click/2 got the 'Error 400'.
Can you please post some more details on your setup so that we can help?

This might be the problem, are you checking the various links/CTAs by loading the LP directly, opening the links directly OR are you doing it in the proper way and starting by loading a campaign url generated by Voluum?

You also need to configure the LP to support more than 1 offers in Voluum, it's done in the LP setup and I think you can only do this when setting the LP up for the first time - are you sure you configured this properly?

In order for the multi-offer arrangement to work, you need to set up 3 things (example below uses 3 offers but of course you can have other numbers of offers):

1)Replace outgoing links on your lander with http://yourdomain.com/click/1, http://yourdomain.com/click/2, and http://yourdomain.com/click/3 as I've mentioned.

2)When adding the new lander to Voluum, set the "Number of Offers" to 3.

3)When creating a campaign, specify 3 offers.

Try that. If it still doesn't work, please show screenshots of your lander's Voluum settings and voluum campaign settings, plus your lander code, and we'll take another look.

Wow, thank you, guys!

I think I know what it is now. I didn't add a new lander, instead, I used old ones. On top of that, I didn't set the 'Number of Offers'

I'm pretty sure that is the problem now, because we would see much more questions about this if it is Voluum's problem.

Glad you've resolved the issue. And yes - the Codewise team is pretty on top of things, and are usually quick in fixing bugs.
