Can I use Facebook to build a Biz Opp customer list?

Hello,

I am creating a website with the intention of promoting Biz Opps. I will have a form an the top for visitors to fill out so i can capture their email. The first Biz Opp I will promote would certainly come across as "Get rich quick" and I'm certain I can't advertise it on Facebook. I plan on creating a Facebook Business Page (or fan page) with the same name as my Biz opp themed website.....

Now, my goal is to run a Facebook ad that hints at a money making opportunity but is vague enough to avoid getting banned. Also, the word "Biz Opp" is in the name of my page.....is that enough to get it banned already? Does Facebook go all the way through the experience and go to your website via a link on your fan page and ban everything? I;m new to this and clueless so please give me some advise. I can avoid saying anything about a "get rich quick" scheme on my Facebook business page, but not on my actual website which i'd like for a visitor to my fan page to be able to access.

Long story short, the goal is to gather email addresses and market the details of the program via emails..... but I'd sure like to be able to use Facebook to build a customer list.

Any clever ideas?

Im afraid i cant help you but im looking to do something similer myself so would be good to know your results.
I know of people who do exactly as you are describing, I dont know if they have had many problems to overcome but they do it so its definitely possible.

Yeah man, as long as you're not cloaking and going really wild and aggressive you should be fine. At max your ads will be disapproved, but if you're following ad guidelines you should be fine. Make sure your landing page doesn't seem deceptive nor claiming bogus results... I encourage you to set up a conversion campaign for email captures. Just place the conversion pixel on your thank you page and fb will auto-optimize your campaign for email leads. Give it at least 20 conversions and you will start seeing nice results
