Having trouble using html banners

Hey, I used a software to create banner. here is the url http://www.specialtwindeals.com/banner1a
For some reason I am unable to upload in decisive.I put the url and nothing hapenes. I have emailed decisive but I thought I also ask you guys. Maybe they don't support this format?

I cant say anything about the banners but i can say that the html is not optimized for all mobile devices.

Ad networks are going to expect you to upload an image - JPG, GIF, PNG or maybe a Flash file - SWF.

You’re trying to upload a web address… that simply won’t work.

Firstly, HTML5 ads are awesome but sources that offer them are limited. If they do offer them and are self-serve, chances are you need to get approved to run them. Why? Because it’s HTML/JS/CSS. That means you could potentially have malicious stuff in there, so no one in their right mind would open their gates to anyone.

Secondly, if you want to use them, you’ll likely need to upload a zip file of all the content. You can’t expect their system to scrape content from a web address - there are a lot of things that could go wrong there.
