Do ad networks take a cut of your payout? (5)

Do ad networks take a cut of your payout?

Say for example the payout is $1.30 per call, I get 100 conversions, my account says $130. Do I get the full $130 wired to me (minus wire transfer or Paypal fees) or do the networks take a percentage?

In particular I'm using Ring Partner but I'd like to know in general.

Another question is how do these networks make money? Do they charge the advertiser upfront? Do they take an amount per conversion on top of what the AM is getting paid? Both?

You get your agreed commission.

It's already taken off the top. Maybe they are getting $1.75 and giving you $1.30 for example.

I think you mean affiliate network instead of ad network.

What you get is the net amount. The advertised payout is what you get after the network has taken its cut.

depends on affiliate network - just ask your affiliate manager or network support team.

some of them deduct wire fees from your earned commissions some of them don't
but most of them applies around $20 to $50 when send money via wire transfer

if you prefer to receive money in paypal you will be applied with fees that paypal adds on your end and it depends on percentage that your account has.
