I do NOT run PIN SUBMITS. Currently I am running on popads, but this question is regarding other traffic sources as well:
Do you guys separate the connection types on POP traffic or not?
(Unknown, Dialup, Cable/DSL, Corporate, Cellular/Carrier)
3g has such a low volume and has low profit, still it takes a lot of time to optimize.
In addition, I heard that buying 'bulk' data is always cheaper.
Therefore, I either dont work on 3g anymore or I just combine all traffic in one campaign (Unknown, Dialup, Cable/DSL, Corporate, Cellular/Carrier). But as the bidding gets more expensive for the 3g, it kind of confuses me on how to bid.
What do you guys think?

I would start as broad bidding what you can afford and analyse stats for every connection type.
If something is very profitable but on low volume due to the low overall bid, move that to a separate campaign and bid higher.
Bid vs traffic received is not linear so you have to test what bid gets you what amount of traffic.
