So, I have an offer that converts at around 12-15% across organic, referral and Adwords. I have not tried social, and want to crack FB.
The offer is an online fax solution. I like the offer because it is completely whitehat, so it will fit with FB. I have never tried FB. Any tips on how to run this? I am reading Zeno's guide, just looking for advice on targeting. My payout is $30.

Check out Viperchill blog on FB audience targeitng. What I would personally say is look at FB as a display network with publishers. Interest = placement. There are interests around industry organizations, services, B2B solutions and brands, associations, forums, industry speakers, conferences, book authors, celebrities and other public figures that are related to business in any way. So try figuring out FB interests and test them, 1 per campaign, $5/day to get your feet wet; Dont forget the demographics: see what quantcast and similarweb say about your offer domain, figure out demographic targeting for your offer.
