is this allowed on Pops PPV traffic?

yo guys!

was wondering if I made a landing page which looks pretty close to the orginal website the user is going to visit

say for example, a lander that looks exactly like ESPN.com which should pop up when they hit ESPN.com

would traffic sources such as LI, TV, 50onred, approve the fun?

If you just match the color scheme it should be ok.

However if you start using their logo / menu bar etc I doubt it will get approved anywhere.

As long as you don't place their logo or mislead the visitors, it's okay
