I'm going to make 10+ Facebook Ads Account Setup in coming days. Though, I have one question for it.

What if the Credit Card is of New York and Ad Account is of San Francisco does this work or Facebook doesn't allow and ban?

As long as it's within the same country you should be fine. Although I usually try to adjust billing zip code to IP, you can never be too safe.

And Account name is: John WIlson

Yes it should work. When you add the card in ads manager it doesn't even ask for a name.

I dont think that's the reason why fb banned your acc. I've read on fb ask community, a fb help them said that we are able to use payment methods that are not in our name as funding source for facebook advertising.
