Where to find Smart, Capable Manager? (3)

Where to find Smart, Capable Manager?

I am sorry for all of you who couldn't reach me lately.
My pm box was full, wasn't spending more than 2 hours a MONTH!!
managing my 1 million in profits a month company.

And I'm sick of it.

I mean, it doesn't feel right.

It is one of the most powerful selling systems currently on the internet,
and I'm making just 1 mil or so a month.

(shh... don't rush into conclusions yet... I'll explain..)

Here's the thing - for some of you who don't know me, I was one of the
highest paid copywriters and 100% conversions, sales type of guy.

I was never media, traffic guy.

So there I did --- highest converting offer on all porn -- I could buy ads wherever
and make money with it.

One of highest converting offers for men 50+ -- I could buy ads pretty much anywhere
where the targeting is right and it would break even+.

And there it started.

After I set it all up -- it took me three years -- I have one of the deepest funnels in IM now,
and I'm making measly 1 mil a month.

Why measly?

Because I spend just two hours a MONTH managing the entire company!

That's why.

I don't buy traffic, I don't talk with affiliates -- heck I'm even considering not to write this letter.

Brother, fellow STM-er, something weird happened to me.

From all that passion until I built this EPIC, historic, record-setting conversion system...
to me not wanting to see a computer for three months to do anything about building it.

My competitor, who does like 30-40 projects parallel to this one, in about a month could
ramp up sales to 4-5 mil with my project. Because it's easy. It is so strong and sophisticated
that it is open for huge growth.

But I'm not the guy -- I keep company to minimum -- 3 employees (out of which I don't know what 2 do really),
I don't have or do any media buying except when brokers got really boring so I do some 10-50k buy just to get
rid of them - (and then I celebrate - because no matter how sneaky they can be -- my funnel is profitable in most cases).

I bought a nightclub.

Pussy, fun, pussy, fun... and I stopped even training (will get back to it because I had enough).

The problem is -- I like it.

So, I need your advice, your experience if you think there are capable managers?

Look - the company now runs by itself --- it's awesome:

but I need someone to:

*test -- I'll point him out where and who will be building new test options, but I need someone to test and track
*affiliates -- affiliates love my offer - but after initial series of 20 affiliates and them going to their go-to platforms, I never found any other affiliates and I never wanted small affiliates (time waste) - so pretty much now no affiliates are running it
* media buying -- alright, you'll tell I'm crazy, but at this point, I know where to buy traffic at least 1mil worth a month (extra) - and I don't buy it because I'd need to generate links for each deployment.

Not sure if I should post this letter because it is a mess.
If I'd be still working as a copywriter - I definitely wouldn't.

My day has gone from doing awesome stuff on computer to
picking gold plating on Lamborgnihi Aventador, setting up a nightclub and
making sure all the chicks are "openminded" around me.

Guys -- word of advice from a guy who had nothing, built something from nothing, grew it and grew... who did some record breaking stuff in the industry, wrote a #1 bestselling book in my country (more copies sold in 2011 than Holly Bible),
... my advice is -- have a social life.

Or it will fuck you up.

I repressed it for a long time - and now I'm not even pushing to get back - don't get me wrong -- I'm not even attempting to get back to my computer and make 4-5, 14, 15... mil ... I'm happy with my life at this point - happiest ever,
I'm just sad fucking sad that this company, this super funnel doesn't see it's peak - reaches it's epic potential.

So if you know capable manager, with proven track record -- I am a generous guy -- I want stability, my strategy implemented (because it's superior and already proven) and media buying... huge fucking buying...

I need people in order to keep this company growing - and I am not manager type of guy -- so where do I find such guy?

Thanks for reading,
probably the messiest letter I ever wrote...

P.S. Somehow my 6th-sense is telling me to expect a bunch of offers from guys who read figures and their eyes turned into a dollar sign -- just remember -- even though I've gone in super-lazy mode in the last 4 months -- I'm the guy who built all these things. So if you don't have a solid offer, highly proven track record, solid character and knowledge about IM enough to not piss me within 15 minutes of conversation -- then and only then - pm. In any other case, this post is about me asking for advice - where the hell to find such a guy and how do others in my shoes take care of such challenges? Thank you.

If a manager was genuinely smart, and capable...

Why would they be unemployed? Or even here on STM instead of managing something...

Google's early hiring practices involved poaching top quality engineers from other firms with double the pay, and awesome perks...

How are your human capital needs any different?

From what little of your situation that was presented above, here's a potential solution...

Go figure out who your competitors' top managers are, and poach them to work for you.

-They are familiar with the vertical so you don't have to spend time indoctrinating them.
-They have a proven track record, so they can replicate your competitors' results for you.

There is however, one major catch...

Finding an individual that can 100% replace you probably isn't practical...

But there's an alternative solution...

In every business, there are three major processes...

1) Acquiring Leads (Traffic)
2) Creating Customers (Conversion)
3) Increasing Customer Value (Ascension)

Instead of trying to replace your role in the company with one person...

Why not delegate to three?

There's your traffic talent...

They get as many leads as possible into your funnel.

There's the crack converter...

They take the leads your traffic talent generates, and turn them into customers.

And finally your adept ascension...

They take your customers, and turn them into repeat-customers.

Competent traffic managers should be easy enough to find. Just look at who else is buying for your competitors.

Conversion specialists likely are the ones who are split testing the front end offers of other offers out there. Again, look at your competition.

Ascension professionals are probably the rarest of the three. They'll likely be working on continuity programs, or in high dollar coaching.

You'll likely be able to find each of the three at their respective trade shows and conferences...

Not here on STM... for now.

All the best.
