Im on exoclick ... Im targeting a popular site and all categories with two placements.
I have spent about $110 on clicks so far... I have 2 placements, 20 catagories, 10 banners , 2 landing pages and 1 offer.
I have about 3 conversions. I have some ok CTRs a lot of 0.8s a few 0.11s and an ad getting a 0.17
so now what? its not converting as well as I would hope, I dont have enough data to make any great decisions... do I keep running clicks? Do I start pausing ads that are not getting good CTRs? Should I kill poor performing categories?

Yes, after that spend you should definitely be cutting crappy performing ads, making new ones and testing.
Also landing pages, you should have a bit of data on LP CTRs? It may be time to throw a new one in the mix? Find what looks like people are clicking on and hone in on it.
