Haha! It's back, Many of the people confirmed me via. Messages and News Feed on my personal Facebook is also filled with it.

Funny Thing: I lost my one of the oldest ad account yesterday (Permanent Ban).

Same here. I think they did some Algo changes in back-end and did account compliant check. This is what I call MASS BAN!
