There is tons of large gaming companies who will accept adult traffic but they are pretty sneaky in how they accept it. For instance, one of the biggest UK based gambling companies will under no circumstances accept adult traffic to their main site but they have some "throwaway" gateway sites that they will flood with adult traffic to build out a nice DB of users. When the users are inside their members areas, it's their main brand they showcase. I guess they just don't want their main brand displayed on adult sites when they are a publicly traded company.
Then you have companies like 888.com who simply don't care, they will take adult traffic to their main site no problem and offer a really strong affiliate program.
