Can i get back money for excess clicks? (TrafficFactory)

Hi Guys,

*Newbie question*

I started a small test with TrafficFactory, the amount of clicks i see in my TF
dashboard is 847.

Buy in my Analytics is see only 678 clicks, that's an almost 25% over charge in TF,
Is there any way to get the money back for the overcharged clicks? If i'll start spending
more cash there will the proportion of the over charged clicks stay at this ratio?

Hi Jon, what do you mean by usual click discrepancies?

That sort of discrepancy is fairly standard. It can be caused by a number of factors, such as different click tracking methods, clicks being abandoned before hitting you analytics, bot traffic. Point is this will happen in this industry, based on the numbers you have suggested it does not look like you are being out right scammed. I suggest you just focus on making the campaign profitable.

I used to have from 16% to 22% discrepancies with them.

That's pretty acceptable in the industry so I wouldn't stress to much over it.

Just focus on how to improve your campaign and make it profitable.

Strange in my analytics, I typically get more clicks from traffic factory charges me for (duplicates I suppose). I use volume and track the click charges from TrafficFactory

If you do desktop its definitely too much, there is some problem, maybe you have a slow server? If its mobile traffic, especially carrier, that would be more or less normal, tho I still think its a bit too much. When Im buying from trafficfactory, the numbers they show and what I see in my stats usually match almost exactly - thats for desktop traffic tho.
