Can anyone recommend places / people to organise direct deals with mobile web publishers?
I am looking to purchase ad spots on high-traffic mobile websites. Looking to promote a non-standard native ad unit (hence why the need for direct) that will only be shown to smartphones
Any tips appreciated!

I usually just contact the webmaster of the site i want to buy on. Find profitable targets in your mobile web campaigns > go to the site and find an e-mail/contactform/search linkedin... Results depend a lot on the company/people that own the site, some are very happy to set stuff up, some don't even answer.
You can also just search in some traffic sources that have an inventory list of sites, and contact them directly. I know there's a few traffic sources that have this, but can't remember anyone at this moment.
