App & Gaming creatives (3)
Hey folks, I'm curious about using screenshots of apps / games that I'm promoting in the creatives for those offers. I'm not talking about "endorsements" or "vs competitor" type ads, I mean a simple direct ad with a screenshot of the game I'm promoting. I understand that this property is protected by copyright, but as long as I am using it to promote the developer's own product and the fact that they are profiting from this as well as I am, there shouldn't be a problem, correct?
It depends on the offer terms ... you should ask your AM if in doubt.
