Bing Ad Account Suspended

Has anyone had this problem where their bing ad account gets suspended almost immediately? I am using direct linking to test offers and I'm confident I'm within the terms of service, but I created an account today and it got suspended almost immediately, then I created a second one and it was suspended too! Is there something I'm missing? Is anybody using bing successfully without being banned?

have you tried contacting their customer support? In my (limited) experience with bing, their CS is actually pretty helpful

I did, I think they try their best to be helpful but are ultimately very limited in the amount of information that their higher ups give them if that makes sense. They said they've escalated the issue but I'm not particularly hopeful.

try to run some ads first to a nonprofit for at least a couple of days.

your way of creating the bing accs is the problem, try to change it

Clearly the direct links are not helping, you should ideally create a LP anyway as you will likely get more leads. My advice would be that you contact their support and ask.

How have you been logging into the bing account?
