Building a small games via FB mastermind/team (dedicated beginners) (3)

I'm starting out my AM journey and looking to to build a small mastermind/team focusing on games via Facebook.

The nature of this group would be a bit different than the normal masterminds here:
1. We will be a team of ~3 people, who are DEDICATED to games via Facebook.
2. The interaction between us will be very intensive - we will be chatting/speaking in Skype on a daily basis.
3. We will study the same material(see below), run the same campaigns, and create a follow along together here on STM.

• My plan for this team is that we will choose together the offers and run the same campaigns. Though we will not run them together - each of us will run them individually, but with FULL disclosure about them to the team. With this approach we could discuss and improve our thinking process/problem solving abilities/techniques, question each-other actions and decisions, and compare results(all on similar real-life cases). I believe it's the quickest and most efficient way to improve and get results.
• On chosen campaign(s), we will run(TOGETHER) a follow-along here on STM in order to take advantage of the smart and successful people in this forum who are willing to share their golden nuggets.
• Same approach will be applied to things we want/need to study - regarding what we need to study and with what resources(see below examples of things I think we should study).

Here is the kind of person(s) I am looking for to be part of the team:
1. A dedicated person.

• Have at least 3 hours EVERY DAY to dedicate to this(studying, researching/building/running campaigns, participate in the team activities, etc). My timezone is UTC +7, and everyone in the team should be available somewhere around morning to afternoon at this timezone.
• Have at least $5,000 allocated to this. I am talking about money you can afford to lose(or more accurately - afford to learn and experiment with).

2. A focused person.

• You should be willing to focus on games via FB for at least few months, not bouncing around from one traffic source to another, or from one vertical to another. The point of this team is to MASTER games via FB.
• (If you already doing good in other AM vertical/source that's obviously alright if you spend time on it as well - but you should have enough time to focus on games via FB too)

3. An open minded person who loves to learn.

• I am looking for people who are looking to expand their knowledge and STUDY every aspect related to AM - things like coding, photoshop, copywriting, art design, etc which are directly related to our practice, and other subjects which can enhanced our ability and success. It's alright if you starting from scratch with this - I am too, but you should have the willing and time to study these things.
• (Of course we would focus on ANY material related to FB as a traffic source and the gaming industry)

4. A person who is strongly motivated, look on AM as a career, and have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE(even when losing money). A person who understand that we are here first and foremost to MAKE BIG MONEY long-term, but the short-term goal(with this team) is to learn, improve and build our foundations to be successful in affiliate marketing.

[About me: I am totally new to AM, coming from a different online profession. Despite that, I am fully motivated to take AM as a career, planning to work on this full time with proper budgeting from day 1. I am already signed and approved to most game-focused networks, started reading/studying the main guides here and mapped the best resources to study the basics of the subjects I mentioned above.]
